研究了针对盛装大宗散货的集装袋包装运输的相关国际法规的要求，分析了集装袋在不同运输环境中的潜在危险性，提出了应通过对集装袋力学性能、防静电性能、防老化性能进行检验，以对其安全性进行综合评估。

International regulations of transport of FIBCs for packaging bulk cargo were studied. Potential risks for FIBCs in different transporting environment were analyzed. It was concluded that mechanical property, antistatic property, UV resistance property of FIBCs should be inspected to make comprehensive assessment of its security.
