摘要

通过正弦振动试验,研究了不同环境湿度条件下的BC型双瓦楞纸板的振动特性,获得了瓦楞纸板的振动传递率曲线、固有频率、阻尼系数和阻尼比。采用回归分析法,建立了环境湿度与振动传递率、固有频率、阻尼系数以及阻尼比之间的单因素关系模型。试验结果表明,环境湿度对BC型双瓦楞纸板的防振性能有明显影响。

Abstract

The vibration property of BC corrugated paperboard was investigated by sine vibration tests under different environmental humidity, and the vibration transmissibility curves, natural frequencies, vibration transmissibility, damping coefficients and damping ratios of BC corrugated paperboard were obtained. Then corresponding single factor relation models against environmental humidity were established by using regression analysis method. The experimental results showed that environmental humidity has obvious effect on vibration transmissibility of BC corrugated paperboard.
