针对目前影响书刊最终质量的无线胶装工艺中过程，控制经验化、协同性差以及与产品特性不适配的诸多瓶颈问题，依据GB CY/T-系列标准，结合自制的精确测试标版，以马天尼无线胶装联动线为依托，建立了一套通过数字控制来形成无线胶装书刊质量优化的解决方法。该方法对提高生产效率、降低废品率以及提高书刊产品质量和强化企业竞争力有重要作用，对进一步提升国内书刊企业产品质量也有一定的指导意义。

The problems of adhesive binding technology affecting books' final quality such as experience-based process controlling, poor coordination, and unfitting for product features were discussed. A set of production process optimization solution was established according to GB CY/T-series standard, combined with homemade accurate test format, and supported by martini adhesive binding linkage line. The solution has important function to improve production efficiency, reduce defective index, and strengthen enterprises' competitiveness. The purpose was to reference for improving product quality of domestic book publishing enterprise.
