摘要

设计开发了一种基于图像处理的果蔬按大小分等及包装的自动化生产线。通过采集和处理果蔬图像,计算出了反映果蔬大小的尺寸参数,实现了形状大体为球形的果蔬在采摘和人工适当处理后,直接进行自动分等和自动包装的功能。该生产线既能提高工作效率,又能更好地保证果蔬的质量。

Abstract

An automatic grading and packing production line based on image processing was designed and developed. By acquiring and processing the image of fruits and vegetables, and calculating the parameter reflecting the size of them, the line can grade and pack the picked and properly processed fruits and vegetables with approximately spherical shape automatically. The automatic line improves the working efficiency and ensures the quality of fruit and vegetable.
