分析了瓦楞单面机粘合压力控制的结构、工艺流程。基于瓦楞纸板质量的需求，设计了基于PLC S7-300及称重模块SIWAREX U相结合的单面机粘合压力控制系统。描述了系统工作原理，给出了系统的硬件配置、SIWAREX U校正以及PLC软件设计。实现了粘合压力的自动控制，有利于生产数据存档；避免了纸板碎楞、粘合不良的现象；在瓦楞包装行业有很好的应用前景。

The structure profile of pressure control system and control process for corrugated single facer was analyzed. A new pressure control system based on PLC S7-300 and SIWAREX U were designed to improve the corrugated cardboard quality. The working principle and hardware configuration of the system, calibration of SIWAREX U, and PLC software were introduced. Bonding pressure automatic control was realized, which was helpful for filing of production data; paperboard breaking poor bonding was avoided. The application prospect of the system in the corrugated package industry is promising.
