摘要

介绍了纳米材料在食品包装中的应用，指出了与传统的食品包装材料相比，纳米材料在保鲜效果、抗菌能力以及阻隔性能方面更加优越，应用前景广阔。

Abstract

The applications of nanometer material in food packaging were summarized. Compared with conventional food packaging material, nanometer packaging material is much better in fresh-keeping effect, resistance to microbes and barrier properties. Nanometer packaging material will be widely used.
