摘要

以较轻的铝合金为网纹辊材料,分析了网纹辊网穴参数及网穴雕刻与表面陶瓷处理技术,经过反复变换网纹辊网穴雕刻及陶瓷处理方法,总结出了铝合金表面可行的网穴雕刻及陶瓷处理工艺,研究出了轻型环保陶瓷网纹辊的制作工艺流程。

Abstract

Light aluminum alloy was used to make anilox roller. The ink cell parameters, ink cell engraving and ceramic processing technology on the surface of anilox roller were analyzed. A reasonably practicable ink cell engraving and ceramic processing technology on the surface of aluminum alloy was developed after repeated experiments. Process flow for manufacturing of light environmental friendly ceramic anilox roller was developed.
