以某电视机顶盒的运输包装设计为例，在保证集装箱一定装箱率的情况下，探究了可降低物流成本的运输包装方案。首先进行了其外包装瓦楞纸箱的设计，其次，结合缓冲包装设计方法，利用UG软件，分别设计了EPS和EPE以及纸浆模塑3种材料的缓冲衬垫造型，并进行了试验数据和成本对比。提出了一套完整的运输包装设计思路，可以直接应用于实际生产。

Taking transport package design of Haier HDVB-3000/C TV set-top box as an example, the transport packaging solutions were studied in order to reduce the logistics cost under certain loading rate of container. Corrugated case was designed first and then the pad styling using UG software with cushioning packaging design method. Pad styling using three kinds of material such as EPS, EPE and molded pulp were respectively designed. Drop test and price analysis were carried out. A complete set of design ideas in modern transport package was put forward, which can be directly applied to actual production.
