摘要

抗压强度是自然纤维-纸蜂窝夹芯结构复合板的关键性能指标。为提高复合板的强度,提出了采用Taguchi设计方法与试验相结合,制备自然纤维-纸蜂窝夹芯结构复合板。介绍了复合板成型工艺的全过程,并对结果进行了分析研究,得出了最佳的工艺因素,减少了实验时间和各种资源的浪费,提高了生产率。

Abstract

The key performance indicator is the compressive strength of natural fiber-paper cellular sandwich composite structures. To improve the strength of the composite, the application of Taguchi design combining test measurement was introduced in the preparation for natural fiber-paper cellular sandwich composite structures, and the process of compound was optimized. The whole process of composites forming was introduced and the test results were analyzed. The optimal factors were obtained finally. The productivity is increasing without the waste of experimental time and resources.
