摘要

建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法同时测定金属包装材料中砷、钡、镉、铬、铅、锑、硒、汞等8种可溶性有害元素的分析方法,全面考察了消解剂种类及其用量、内标元素的选择及方法的干扰等影响其测量的各种因素,确定了最佳的实验测定条件。方法的检出限为0.03~0.18 μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于5%,加标回收率为87.4%~118.1%。采用该法对金属包装材料实际样品进行了分析,结果表明,此方法简单、准确、重现性好。

Abstract

A method for simultaneous determination of 8 kinds soluble and harmful elements As, Ba, Cd, Cr, Pb, Sb, Se and Hg in metal packaging materials by ICP-MS was developed. The sample pretreatment conditions, such as effects of digestion media, selection of internal standard elements and interference of the method were comprehensively investigated. Under the optimum condition of determination, the detection limits of the method are in the range of 0.03~0.18 μg/L, the relative standard deviations (RSD) are less than 5% and the recoveries are in the range of 87.4%~118.1%. The results proved that this method is simple, accurate and has good reproducibility.
