摘要

从吸附包装环境中乙烯的吸附包装技术、抑制乙烯作用的纳米保鲜包装技术以及控制乙烯生物合成的包装技术3个方面,综合论述了果蔬保鲜包装技术的研究进展,并展望了果蔬保鲜中乙烯含量控制技术的发展。

Abstract

The development of fruits and vegetables fresh-keeping packaging technology was summarized from the three packaging technology of ethylene adsorption, ethylene action control by nanometer technology and ethylene control by biosynthesis. The development of ethylene control technology for fruits and vegetables fresh-keeping was prospected.
