摘要

为了提高塑料片材生产设备的生产效率,针对该产品市场的最新需要,研究和开发了一种集成吸塑成型冲切一体化工艺的全自动片材设备。该设备采用先进的吸塑、成型、冲切的一体化工艺,配有PID伺服控制系统,是一种高效、节能、全自动的塑料热成型设备,具有生产效率高、操作方便、制品质量好等优点。

Abstract

According to the current market demand, a full-automatic sheet extruder with integrated process of sucking, moulding and punching was designed to improve the production efficiency of sheet extruder. This sheet extruder has several advantages such as high efficiency, convenience operation, better quality, saving energy and full-automatic with integrated process and PID servo-control system.
