摘要

以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)为单体,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,合成了高分子乳化剂,研究了HEA含量对高分子乳化剂水溶性的影响,以及高分子乳化剂的玻璃化转变温度(T-g)与水性上光油的T-g之间的关系,探讨了高分子乳化剂含量对水性上光油粒径、黏度、涂层光泽度和吸水率的影响。结果表明,当HEA质量分数为30%时,高分子乳化剂的水溶性较好;当高分子乳化剂的T-g与水性上光油的T-g相近,且质量分数为2%时,所得水性上光油粒径较小,黏度适中,涂层耐水性能较好,光泽度较高。

Abstract

Polymer emulsifier was prepared using methyl methacrylate (MMA), butyl acrylate (BA) and 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA) as monomers, azodiisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator. The influence of amount of HEA on water-solubility of polymer emulsifier, the relationship between T-g of polymer emulsifier and T-g of waterborne varnish, and the effect of polymer emulsifier amount on the properties of waterborne varnish such as particle size, viscosity, gloss value and water absorption were investigated. The results showed that while the amount of HEA is 30%, the water-solubility of polymer emulsifier is perfect. When the T-g of polymer emulsifier is similar to that of the waterborne varnish and the polymer emulsifier concentration is 2%, waterborne varnish is smaller particles, viscosity moderate, better water resistance and higher gloss degree.
