摘要

以草莓、水蜜桃为试验对象,研究不同温度下密闭包装内草莓的呼吸速率变化,以及不同温度下、不同成熟度的水蜜桃的呼吸速率变化。结果表明:低温能够降低草莓和水蜜桃的呼吸速率;成熟度对水蜜桃的呼吸速率影响不是很显著。

Abstract

The experiment was conducted with strawberry and honey peach in sealed package and effect of different temperature on respiration rate of strawberry and honey peach of different maturity were investigated. The results showed that low temperature can slow down the respiration rate of strawberry and honey peach, and maturity hasn’t significant influence on the respiration rate of honey peach.
