在生成扫描仪特性文件的基础上，介绍了比较法、Rainbow图法、色差法3种扫描仪特性文件质量的评价方法，并分别阐述了3种质量评价方法的实施过程。有助于指导使用者根据工艺状况及产品精度要求，选择适当的特性文件评价方法，从而确定并使用有效的扫描仪特性文件。

On the basis of generating scanner profile, three kinds of evaluation methods of scanner profile were introduced and compared, such as comparison, rainbow test image, and color difference methods, and the implementation process of each method was described. The purpose was to provide helpful reference to select appropriate quality evaluation methods of profile according to the process conditions and accuracy requirement of printing, so as to determine and use the effective scanner profile.
