摘要

根据复膜塑编袋糊袋机的工艺及对控制系统的要求,采用西门子的SIMOTI0N D435和SINAMICSS120的组合,设计了19轴的伺服运动控制系统的硬件及其软件实现方法,进一步提高了复膜塑编袋糊袋机的自动化水平。实际运行结果表明,其控制稳定性好,可靠性高,较好地满足了该类糊袋机控制的精度和稳定性要求。

Abstract

According to the production process and the requirement of control system of film plastic weaved cloth mouth sticking machine, the combinations of Siemens SIMOTION D435 and SINAMICS S120 was appiied to design the hardware and the software implementation models of 19 axis servo motion control system, to further improve its automation degree. The operation practice showed that the system is stable and reliable; it can meet the precision and stability requirement of mouth sticking machine control.
