摘要

应力能量法在测定包装材料缓冲特性曲线方面弥补了传统方法中的诸多缺陷,对利用此法测定缓冲材料最大加速度静应力曲线的方法和步骤进行了详细的介绍和分析。发现此法以假定缓冲材料受到冲击过程中没有能量损失为前提,而这种前提是难以实现的,从而对此方法的应用和推广进行了部分研究。

Abstract

Application of stress-energy method in determination of packaging material's buffer characteristic can supply a gap of traditional methods. The methods and steps to determine Gm-σst curves of cushion materials were introduced ad analyzed in details. The assumption of the method is the premise of none energy losses during the buffer material impacted, which is hard to realize. Application and popuiarization of stress-energy method needs to be further studied.
