摘要

为解决蜂窝纸板抗压强度提高与成本增加之间的矛盾,提出了双芯纸搭配型蜂窝纸板的设计方案,在现有蜂窝纸板加工工艺的基础上,确定了双芯纸搭配型蜂窝纸板的加工工艺,并制作了110 g/m2与220 g/m 2两种纸芯组成的20 mm厚的双芯纸搭配型蜂窝纸板样本,并对其平压性能进行了实验。通过实验数据可以看出,双芯纸搭配型蜂窝纸板的平压性能有了大幅提高。

Abstract

Dual-core honeycomb paperboard was designed to solve the conflict between cost and compressive strength of honeycomb paperboard. Based on the processing technology of singie-core paperboard, the processing technology of dual-core honeycomb was determined. 20 mm thick dual-core honeycomb samples was produced, which was composed of 110 g/m2 and 220 g/m2 paper core. The flat crush resistance was measured. The results showed that the flat crush resistance of the dual-core honeycomb paperboard has been substantially improved.
