摘要

基于不同厚跨比蜂窝纸板在不同湿度条件下的静态压缩应力应变曲线,构建含应变速率、蜂窝结构等信息的能量吸收图。 结果表明:随厚跨比的增大,蜂窝纸板最佳能量吸收点向右上方偏移,其单位体积吸收能量的能力增强;随着相对湿度的增大,蜂窝纸板最佳能量吸收点向左下方偏移,其单位体积吸收能量的能力减弱。

Abstract

Based on stress-strain curves of honeycomb paperboards with different thickness-to-length ratios under static compression in different reiative humidity, the energy-absorption diagrams were molded and constructed, which included the information of strain rates, honeycomb structures and relative humidity conditions. The results showed that the best energy-absorbing point shifts to the upper right with the increasing thickness-to-length ratio of honeycomb paperboard, and the energy-absorption capacity per unit volume increased; the energy-absorption point shifts to the lower left and the energy-absorption capacity per unit volume decreases with the relative humidity incrcascs.
