基于液体纸袋灌装设备的结构特点及其工作原理分析和研究，提出了影响该类设备生产率的主要因素是成型速度和封口切断方式，给出了将刀具斜置连续切断新结构的设计原理及计算方法。通过与现代同类产品比较，指出了该结构具有结构简单、工作稳定可靠、切断效率高等优点，对提高连续式液体纸袋灌装生产线的效率十分有效。

The structure features and the operating principle of liquid filling equipment were analyzed. The main factors influencing the equipment productivity were put forward, such as molding speed and seal cutting way. A new diagonal continuous cut-off structure as well as its design principle and calculation method was pointed out. Comparing with current similar products, the advantages of the structure were proposed, such as simple structure, stable and reliable working performance and high cutting efficiency. The efficiency of continuous liquid filling production line was improved effectively by using the structure.
