摘要

目的 完成YB518A包装机透明纸包装过程中的彩膜定位以及定长切割的需求。方法 设计一套透明纸输送及切割伺服控制系统。通过设计普通透明纸模式与彩膜标记模式,在普通透明纸模式下,伺服切割装置根据设定的透明纸尺寸裁切出固定的长度,在彩膜标记模式下,系统不仅能完成定长切割的功能,还能根据传感器所检测的彩膜标记位置调整伺服透明纸电机的转速,使彩膜标记能够位于烟包的固定位置,并且在此基础上设计一套自动化的透明纸拼接流程。结果 实验结果表明,在普通透明纸模式下伺服输送及切割装置可以很好地跟随物理主轴运动,在彩膜标记模式下每个运行周期内的最大跟随误差不超过0.15°,自动拼接功能全程通过逻辑指令完成,自动定位纠偏打纸,全程无需人工干预。结论 该套透明纸输送及切割伺服控制系统不仅替代了传统机械结构下使用普通透明纸的完整功能,并且满足设备多样性的包装需求,如透明纸定长切割、彩膜定位,并且实现了带彩膜透明纸自动拼接功能。

Abstract

The work aims to fulfill the requirements of color film positioning and fixed-length cutting during the transparent paper packaging process by the YB518A packaging machine. A servo control system for transparent paper conveying and cutting was proposed. Two operational modes were designed: a standard transparent paper mode and a color film mark mode. In the standard mode, the servo cutting device trimmed the transparent paper to a predetermined fixed length. In the color film mark mode, the system achieved both fixed-length cutting and dynamic adjustment of the servo motor speed based on real-time sensor detection of color film mark positions, ensuring precise alignment of the marks at designated locations on cigarette packs. An automated transparent paper splicing process was further integrated into the system. Experimental results demonstrated that in the standard mode, the servo conveying and cutting system effectively synchronized with the physical main shaft movement. In the color film mark mode, the maximum positional error per operational cycle was limited to 0.15°, while the automated splicing process—including autonomous positioning correction and paper alignment—is executed entirely through logical commands without human intervention. The proposed servo control system not only replicates the full functionality of traditional mechanical structures for standard transparent paper handling but also accommodates diverse packaging requirements such as fixed-length cutting and color film positioning. Additionally, it successfully implements automated splicing of color film-embedded transparent paper.
