载铜活性炭的制备及其对二氧化硫吸附性能研究

载铜活性炭的制备及其对二氧化硫吸附性能研究

摘要

目的开发弹药箱内密闭环境下SO₂气体脱除的新方法。方法采用浸渍工艺制备硝酸铜改性椰壳活性炭,研究材料微观孔隙结构、表面化学性质变化、对二氧化硫的动态和静态吸附性能,并对吸附机理进行分析。结果载铜活性炭存在微孔和中孔,改性活性炭的比表面积和孔容参数随着硝酸铜浓度增加而减小,Cu²⁺负载于活性炭微观孔隙结构中,当浸渍液浓度过高时,含铜组分覆盖在活性炭表面,堵塞微观孔隙结构。载铜活性炭对二氧化硫的吸附性能显著改善,吸附容量随着硝酸铜浓度增加呈现先增后降趋势,0.5 mol/L的载铜活性炭对二氧化硫吸附容量最高,达到168.3 mg/g,相比改性前提升了455%,且在密闭环境下对二氧化硫的净化效果更优。结论载铜活性炭在气体吸附、脱除领域具有较好的应用前景。

Abstract

The work aims to develop a new method for SO₂ removal in the closed environment of ammunition boxes. Copper nitrate modified coconut shell activated carbon was prepared by impregnation process. The microscopic pore structure, surface chemical properties, dynamic and static adsorption properties of sulfur dioxide were studied, and the adsorption mechanism was analyzed. The results showed that there were micropores and mesopores in copper-loaded activated carbon. The specific surface area and pore volume parameters of modified activated carbon decreased with the increase of copper nitrate concentration. Cu²⁺ was loaded in the micro-pore structure of activated carbon. When the concentration of impregnation solution was too high, copper-containing components covered the surface of activated carbon and blocked the micro-pore structure. The adsorption performance of copper-loaded activated carbon for sulfur dioxide was significantly improved, and the adsorption capacity first increased and then decreased with the increase of copper nitrate concentration. The adsorption capacity of 0.5 mol/L copper-loaded activated carbon for sulfur dioxide was the highest, reaching 168.3 mg/g, which was 455% higher than that before modification, and the purification effect of sulfur dioxide was better in a closed environment. Copper-loaded activated carbon has a good application prospect in the field of gas adsorption and removal.
