目的 针对真空泵压式牙膏市场需求快速增长的现状,设计开发一种高精度、高可靠性的回转型真空泵压式牙膏灌装机。方法 采用模块化架构设计,集成自动理管机组、压力灌装机组及尾塞整理机组,创新设计三步渐进式压塞工艺,结合吹气切断技术,有效抑制膏体拉丝现象。结果 针对直径39 mm、130 g/支的牙膏,以3 000支/h试产,其单支灌装误差小于1%,绝对平均误差小于0.5%。结论 该灌装机通过多工位同步控制技术和创新压塞工艺,显著提升了生产效率和产品的质量,满足泵压式牙膏灌装机的生产需求,为同类产品的开发提供了技术参考。
Abstract
To address the rapidly growing market demand for manual pressurized toothpaste, the work aims to design and develop a high-precision and reliable fully automatic manual pressurized toothpaste filling machine. A modular architecture was adopted, integrating automatic tube feeding unit, pressurized filling unit, and tail plug sorting unit. An innovative three-stage progressive plugging process combined with air-blowing cutting technology was developed to effectively suppress paste drawing. For toothpaste with a diameter of 39 mm and a weight of 130 g per tube, during a trial production at a rate of 3 000 tubes per hour, the filling error per tube was less than 1%, and the absolute average error was less than 0.5%. This filling machine significantly improves production efficiency and product quality through multi-station synchronous control technology and innovative plugging process, satisfying the production requirements for manual pressurized toothpaste filling equipment and providing technical reference for similar product development.
