摘要

目的 了解锂电池运输防护包装领域的专利申请现状,研究锂电池运输防护包装行业的发展态势及技术特点,为进一步优化产品设计、拓展创新方向提供理论依据。方法 基于IncoPat专利数据库,分析专利申请量及主要申请人特点,并从锂电池运输包装的主体材料、结构、特种防护功能设计方面重点讨论包装设计的技术手段与防护效果。结果 近年来锂电池运输防护包装专利申请数量持续增加,我国在该领域的专利申请数量位居全球首位;锂电池运输包装的主体材料向着轻量化、功能化方向创新;包装结构在堆叠稳定性、缓冲减振、内容物固定和空间利用率方面得到提升。防火阻燃、防静电等特种防护功能,由被动抑制向主动干预、多角度系统性防护方向转变。结论 锂电池运输防护技术和包装具有广阔的发展前景,未来将向着材料创新化、功能集成化、系统智能化方向发展。

Abstract

The work aims to understand the current status of patent applications in the field of protective packaging for lithium battery transportation, study the development trend and technical characteristics of the industry of protective packaging for lithium battery transportation, and provide theoretical basis for further optimizing product design and expanding innovation directions. Based on the IncoPat patent database, the patent application volume and the characteristics of major applicants were analyzed, and the technical means and protective effects of packaging design were discussed from the aspects of the main materials, structure, and special protective function design of packaging for lithium battery transportation. In recent years, the volume of patent applications in the field of protective packaging for lithium battery transportation continued to increase, and China ranked first in the world in terms of the volume of patent applications in this field. The main materials of packaging for lithium battery transportation were innovated towards lightweight and functionalization. The packaging structure was improved in terms of stacking stability, buffering and shock absorption, content fixation, and space utilization. Special protective functions such as fire retardancy and anti-static shifted from passive suppression to active intervention and multi-angle systematic protection. The protective technology and packaging for lithium battery transportation have broad development prospects and will develop towards material innovation, functional integration, and system intelligence in the future.
