摘要

目的 通过科研融入,探讨如何将科研成果有效融入教学,实现课堂教学广度与深度的提升。方法 以“食品包装与材料学”课程为例,详细介绍科研融入教学在教学内容、教学方法以及教学评价等方面的具体实施策略,展示科研融入带来的教学成效。结果 科研融入教学可有效支撑课程教学目标,提升教学质量的同时,增加学生学习成果的产出。结论 科研融入教学在提高学生课堂学习积极性和主动性的同时,激发学生的创新能力及分析和解决复杂工程问题的能力,为培养适应行业发展需求的创新型人才提供实践参考。

Abstract

The work aims to explore the ways to integrate scientific research results into teaching effectively, to improve the breadth and depth of classroom teaching. With the course of "Food Packaging and Material Science" as an example, the specific implementation strategies of integrating scientific research in teaching contents, teaching methods and teaching evaluation were introduced in detail, and the teaching effect brought by integration of scientific research was demonstrated. Integrating scientific research into teaching could effectively support the teaching objectives, improve the teaching quality, and increase the output of students' learning outcomes. In conclusion, integrating scientific research into teaching can not only improve students' enthusiasm and initiative in classroom learning, but also stimulate their innovation ability and their ability to analyze and solve complex engineering problems, which can provide a practical reference for training innovative talents to meet the needs of industry development.
