摘要

目的 以NEWTOP高速智能纸杯成型机为研究对象,分析纸杯机卷封机构的工作原理,并对其结构进行优化设计与仿真分析,设计出高效、精准的卷封机构。方法 通过对卷封传动机构的凸轮进行理论设计与分析,提出凸轮设计的优化方案;采用SolidWorks软件建立三维实体模型,运用运动学仿真软件ADAMS对凸轮机构进行仿真分析。结果 凸轮机构的位移、速度和加速度曲线图表明该机构为变速运动,且加速度曲线趋向于正弦加速度运动规律,适合高速转动的凸轮。结论 解决了现有卷封机构工作效率低、使用寿命短等问题,同时提高了纸杯成型机的效率。

Abstract

The work aims to take the NEWTOP high-speed intelligent paper cup forming machine as the research object to analyze the working principle of the curling and sealing mechanism of the paper cup forming machine and carry out optimized design and simulation analysis of its structure, so as to design an efficient and precise curling and sealing mechanism. Through the theoretical design and analysis of the cam of the curling and sealing transmission mechanism, an optimized design scheme was put forward for the cam. Moreover, a three-dimensional solid model was established by the SOLIDWORKS software, and the kinematic simulation software ADAMS was applied to conduct simulation analysis of the cam mechanism. The displacement, speed and acceleration curves of the cam mechanism indicated that the mechanism underwent variable-speed motion, and the acceleration curve tended to follow the law of sinusoidal acceleration motion, which was suitable for cams that rotated at high speed. The research has solved the problems such as the low working efficiency and short service life of the existing curling and sealing mechanism, and has improved the efficiency of the paper cup forming machine.
