摘要
目的 探究卷烟中加香香味物质在烟支中的迁移行为。方法 设计并制备7组薄荷型加热卷烟样品,通过定期分析烟支各段中薄荷醇相对质量来考察其迁移行为。结果 随着贮存时间的延长,3种贮存条件下烟支各段中薄荷醇相对质量呈现不同幅度的变化,其中冷藏条件下相对质量变化幅度小于其他2种条件,更利于样品的贮存。同一贮存条件下,烟支各段中香精施加量影响其相对质量的变化趋势及幅度,当该段香精施加量越多时,其相对质量呈现降低趋势且降低幅度越大,反之则呈现升高趋势且升高幅度越大。通过动力学拟合可知,烟支各段中薄荷醇的迁移行为符合伪一级动力学方程,其较好地描述了薄荷醇在烟支中的迁移过程。结语 研究为探索加香香味物质在卷烟中的迁移行为提供了思路,可用于加香型卷烟产品的设计开发与贮存。
Abstract
The work aims to explore migration behavior of flavoring substances in cigarettes. Seven groups of menthol heated tobacco samples were designed and prepared, and the menthol migration behavior was investigated by regularly analyzing the menthol relative mass of each segment in the cigarette. Results showed that the menthol relative mass of each segment presented different range-ability with the extension of storage time under three storage conditions. Compared with the other two conditions, the relative mass range-ability under refrigeration conditions was smaller, which indicated that refrigeration was more conducive to sample storage. Under the same storage condition, the application amount of essence in each segment of cigarettes affected the change trend and range of its relative mass. With the increase of the essence application amount in this segment, the relative mass showed a decrease trend of great range, otherwise it showed an increase trend of great range. Results of dynamic fitting manifested that the menthol migration behavior of each segment conformed to a pseudo first order kinetic equation, which could better describe the menthol migration process in the cigarette. The study provides ideas for exploring migration behavior of flavoring substances in cigarettes, which can be used for the design and storage of flavored cigarette products.
