摘要

目的 分析相变蓄冷材料的研究现状,以及在生鲜产品冷链运输领域中的应用进展,为相变蓄冷技术在生鲜产品冷链上的应用及发展提供参考。方法 阐述相变蓄冷技术的基本原理,及各种相变蓄冷材料性能的调控方法,总结近年相变蓄冷技术在生鲜冷链运输中的研究方向。结论 相变蓄冷箱是未来的研究重点,相变蓄冷技术在中短途冷链运输领域中应用广泛。为满足我国绿色化、节能化、标准化的冷链进程需求,相变蓄冷技术还需向更深入、更广泛的方向发展。

Abstract

The work aims to analyze the research status of phase change cold storage materials and their application progress in the field of cold chain transportation of fresh products, so as to provide reference for the application and development of phase change cold storage technology in the cold chain of fresh products. The basic principle of phase change cold storage technology and the regulation methods of various phase change cold storage materials were expounded, and the research direction of phase change cold storage technology in cold chain transportation of fresh products in recent years was summarized. Phase change cold storage box is still the focus of future research and phase change cold storage technology in the field of short and medium distance cold chain transportation has made great progress. In order to meet the needs of green, energy-saving and standardized cold chain process in China, phase change cold storage technology needs to develop in a deeper and broader direction.
