目的 把握丁香酚在国内外食品领域中的研究现状、热点和趋势,有利于丁香酚的深入研究和应用拓展。方法 基于CiteSpace和文献计量在线分析平台,以“丁香酚”为主题词,以“食品”为检索学科,以检索到的243篇CNKI文献和1 352篇WOS文献为研究对象,对发文量、国家、期刊及作者进行量化分析,并通过

Abstract

The work aims to grasp the current status, hot spots and trends of eugenol research in food field in China and abroad, which is beneficial for intensive studies and application expansion of eugenol. 243 CNKI articles and 1 352 WOS articles were retrieved with "eugenol" as the subject term and "food" as the subject field based on CiteSpace and bibliometric online analysis platform and then a quantitative analysis was conducted according to the publication number, country, journal and author.
