摘要

目的 利用Ansys有限元分析软件,对模切机动平台进行分析及优化设计,实现高速重载模切机动平台高精度、高可靠性、高速平稳运行。方法 采用有限元分析软件对现有的动平台进行有限元分析,在加载一定压力情况下,得到平台的应力、应变以及位移云图,判断现有动平台是否满足重载的需求,同时得到可以进行优化的位置及空间;对优化后的动平台进行有限元分析,将得到的应力、应变以及位移结果与优化前的进行对比。结果 优化后的动平台整体质量减小了157 kg,加载相同载荷的情况下,优化后的动平台最大变形量减小。结论 利用有限元分析的手段,可以从理论方面指导模切压力试验平台的结构优化设计,提高设计的准确性,缩短产品的试制周期。

Abstract

The work aims to solve the problems in high precision, high reliability and stable operation of high-speed and heavy-load die-cutting maneuvering platform with ANSYS finite element software. The finite element analysis software was used to carry out finite element analysis on the existing moving platform to obtain the patterns of stress, strain and displacement of the platform under a certain loading pressure, to determine whether the existing moving platform met the requirements of heavy load, and to obtain the position and space that could be optimized. The finite element analysis of the optimized moving platform was carried out. The results of stress, strain and displacement were compared with those before optimization. The overall weight of the optimized moving platform was reduced by 157 kg, and the maximum deformation of the optimized moving platform was reduced under the same load. The method of finite element analysis can guide the structural optimization design of die-cutting pressure test platform from the theory, improve the accuracy of the design and shorten the trial production cycle of the product.
