摘要

目的 针对果蔬产业对纳米控释保鲜包装材料的需求,制备可持续释放百里酚的抗真菌纳米保鲜材料,避免因百里酚易挥发性导致保鲜效率低的问题。方法 采用溶液吹塑纺丝技术(SBS)制备负载百里酚/2–羟基–β–环糊精(THY/HPβCD)包合物的聚己内酯(PCL)纳米纤维膜,并评价其纤维膜性能和对草莓灰霉菌的抑制效果。结果 采用SBS技术可快速制备THY/HPβCD/PCL纳米纤维膜,该膜具有良好的水蒸气渗透性、表面亲水性和热稳定性,在72 h内能持续稳定释放百里酚,并可有效抑制接种了灰霉菌的草莓果实的腐烂。结论 制备的THY/HPβCD/PCL纳米纤维膜具有良好的缓释和抗真菌活性,有望应用于果蔬采后贮藏保鲜。

Abstract

The work aims to prepare antifungal nano-preservation materials that can continuously release thymol in response to the demand of the fruit and vegetable industry for nano-controlled release preservation packaging materials, so as to avoid the problem of low preservation efficiency due to the volatility of thymol. Solution blowing spinning (SBS) technology was adopted to prepare poly (caprolactone) (PCL) nanofiber membranes loaded with thymol/2-hydroxy- β-cyclodextrin (THY/HPβCD) envelope, and to evaluate the properties of fiber membranes and the inhibition effect of Botrytis cinerea on the surfa wberries. SBS enables the rapid preparation of THY/HPβCD/PCL nanofiber membranes; the membranes had enhanced water vapor permeability, surface hydrophilicity, thermal stability, sustained and stable thymol release within 72 h, and could inhibit the decay of strawberry fruits inoculated with Botrytis cinerea. The prepared THY/HPβCD/PCL nanofiber membranes have good slow-release and antifungal activities and are expected to be applied to the post-harvest storage and preservation of fruits and vegetables.
