摘要

目的 明确火龙果适宜的采收时间,并探究其贮藏期间果实品质的变化。方法 以火龙果为实验材料,研究不同采收时间(2020年7月2日、8月28日、9月24日和11月12日)及贮藏8 d后果实的食用、生理和营养等品质的变化规律。结果 9月采收的果实的品质和耐贮性最好,适宜鲜果销售或长期贮藏后再销售;7月和8月采收的果实的品质和耐贮性一般,适宜直接鲜果销售或短期贮藏后再销售(或加工);11月采收的果实的品质较差,适宜直接销售或用于产品加工。结论 不同的采收时间会影响火龙果的品质和贮藏效果,这为火龙果贮藏与产品加工提供了理论依据。

Abstract

Determine the appropriate harvest time of pitaya fruit and explore the changes of fruit quality during storage. With pitaya as the experimental material, the changes of edible quality, physiological and nutritional components of pitaya at different harvest time (July 2, August 28, September 24 and November 12, 2020) after 8 days storage were studied. The fruit harvested in September had the best quality and storability, which was suitable for fresh sale or re-sale after long-term storage. The fruit harvested in July and August had the average quality and storability, which was suitable for direct fresh sale or re-sale after short-term storage and processing. The fruit harvested in November had poor quality and storability, which was suitable for fresh sale and processing. Different harvest time can affect the quality and storage effect of pitaya and the study can provided a theoretical basis for pitaya storage and processing.
