目的 探究纸基微流控芯片的发展现状，为纸基微流控芯片进一步研发和推广应用提供借鉴和参考。方法 通过调研文献，根据检测原理及印刷制备工艺对纸基微流控芯片进行阐述，然后对微流控芯片在食品安全检测中的应用研究进展进行总结。结果 纸基微流控芯片适用于比色法、荧光法、电化学法及表面增强拉曼光谱等多种检测方法，印刷制备工艺也呈现多样化发展趋势。纸基微流控芯片检测技术成功应用于食品添加剂、污染物、成分分析及智能食品包装等安全检测领域。结论 纸基微流控芯片应用潜力巨大，仍需进一步优化技术工艺以克服制约其发展的潜在瓶颈问题。

The work aims to explore the development status of microfluidic paper-based analytical devices (μPADs), to provide reference for further development and application of μPADs. The μPADs were introduced according to the detection principle and fabrication techniques through study of literature. Furthermore, the application research progress of μPADs in food safety detection was summarized. The μPADs were applicable to colorimetric method, fluorescence method, electrochemical method and surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy, etc. The fabrication techniques also presented a diversified development trend. The μPADs detection technology has been successfully applied to the safety detection of food additives, pollutants, composition analysis and intelligent food packaging. The μPADs have huge application potential but it is still necessary to further optimize the technical process to overcome the potential bottlenecks restricting its development.
