摘要

目的 研究时间–温度指示器(Time-Temperature Indicator,TTI)在产品包装和冷链物流中的价值和意义,并对冷链物流过程实施严格的监控义,以保障公众医疗卫生安全和食品卫生安全。方法 简述几种常见TTI的类型及原理,并概述TTI的研究现状,同时总结TTI技术的发展趋势并对其在我国的商用前景进行展望。结果 TTI历经几十年的发展技术已较为成熟,已在冷链运输、物流管理等领域发挥很大作用。结论 TTI技术的应用和发展前景广阔,与智能包装、物流管理等领域的技术结合发展会加速其在我国的商业化进程。

Abstract

The work aims to study the value and significance of time-temperature indicator (TTI) in product packaging and cold chain logistics and implement strict monitoring on the cold chain logistics process to safeguard public health and food hygiene safety. The types and principles of several common TTI were briefly described and the research status of TTI was summarized. At the same time, the development trend of TTI technology was generalized and its commercial prospect in China was expected. After decades of development, TTI technology was relatively mature and played an important role in cold chain transportation, logistics management and other fields. TTI technology has a broad application and development prospect. When combined with technologies in the fields of intelligent packaging and logistics management, TTI technology will speed up its commercialization process in China.
