摘要
目的 研究碳纳米管对碳系水性导电油墨电热性能的影响,寻找最佳含量的发热油墨。方法 采用单因素法,在原有碳系水性导电油墨中通过添加不同含量的碳纳米管制备多组碳系水性电热油墨。通过测试其SEM、TEM、电热功率、接触角等探究碳系水性电热油墨的最佳制备配方。结果 不同碳纳米管含量的碳系水性电热油墨其发热温度、电功率具有一定的差异。在其他条件一定的情况下,随着碳纳米管含量的增加,碳系水性导电油墨的电热导电性先降低再升高。当碳纳米管质量分数为0.75%时,碳系水性导电油墨的可以达到温度最高(147 ℃),功率相对较低(4.4 W),此时为导电性最佳碳系水性电热油墨的配方。结论 在导电油墨中添加适量的碳纳米管可改善油墨的加热性能。
Abstract
The work aims to study the effect of carbon nanotubes on the electrothermal properties of carbon-based water-based conductive ink, so as to find the heating ink with the best content of carbon nanotubes. The single factor method was adopted to prepare several groups of carbon-based water-based electrothermal inks by adding different contents of carbon nanotubes to the original carbon-based water-based conductive ink. Through tests on SEM, TEM, electrothermal power, contact angle, etc., the optimal preparation formula of carbon-based water-based electrothermal ink was explored. The heating temperature and electric power of carbon-based water-based electrothermal inks with different carbon nanotube contents were different. Under certain other conditions, with the increase of carbon nanotube content, the electrical and thermal conductivity of carbon-based water-based conductive ink firstly decreased and then increased. When the mass fraction of carbon nanotubes was 0.75%, the carbon-based water-based conductive ink reached the highest temperature (147 °C), and the power was relatively low (4.4 W), which was the formulation of the carbon-based water-based electrothermal ink with the best conductivity. Adding an appropriate amount of carbon nanotubes to the conductive ink can improve the heating performance of the ink.
