摘要

目的 通过对稀土材料发光原理及制备方法进行简要介绍和分类总结,结合实际应用,阐述其在印刷包装防伪领域有重要的研究价值和产业化应用前景。方法 介绍高温固相法、共沉淀法、燃烧法、溶胶凝胶法等稀土掺杂发光材料的制备方法,分类阐述基于不同方法合成的发光材料在印刷包装防伪领域应用的研究进展。结论 稀土发光材料在现代功能及智能印刷包装领域有广泛的应用前景,与纸币、邮票、条形码等防伪技术手段进行结合,具有广泛的应用价值和产业化前景。

Abstract

The work aims to briefly introduce, classify and summarize the luminescent principle and synthesis methods of rare-earth materials, and illustrate its important research value and application prospects in printing and packaging anti-counterfeiting. The synthesis methods of rare-earth doped luminescent materials, such as high temperature solid state method, coprecipitation method, combustion method and sol-gel method were introduced. The research progress of luminescent materials synthesized by different methods in printing and packaging anti-counterfeiting was described. Rare-earth luminescent materials have a wide application prospect in modern functional and intelligent printing and packaging. Combined with anti-counterfeiting technologies such as bank notes, stamps and bar codes, they have a wide application value and industrialization prospect.
