摘要
目的 在设计快递包装时,应综合考虑瓦楞纸板和发泡聚乙烯(EPE)组合材料的缓冲作用,以达到减少缓冲材料用量的目的。方法 以快递包装中常用的、不同厚度的EPE、三层瓦楞纸板、五层瓦楞纸板为研究对象,按照GB/T 8167—2008进行试验,得到EPE、三层瓦楞纸板/EPE、五层瓦楞纸板/EPE的最大加速度-静应力曲线,并进行拟合。结果 EPE材料越厚,其缓冲性能越好;将EPE、三层瓦楞纸板/EPE、五层瓦楞纸板/EPE等3组数据的双曲线函数进行拟合,拟合度均大于95%,拟合效果较好;在同一静应力下,动态缓冲性能优劣顺序为五层瓦楞纸板/EPE>三层瓦楞纸板/EPE>EPE。结论 拟合函数可用于快递包装设计,同时试验结果为快递包装减量化设计提供了依据。
Abstract
In the design of express packaging, the buffering effect of corrugated board and expanded polyethylene (EPE) composite materials should be considered comprehensively to reduce the amount of buffer materials. With EPE, three-layer corrugated board, and five-layer corrugated board commonly used in express packaging as the research object, the experiments were designed according to GB/T 8167—2008. The maximum acceleration-static stress curve of the materials were calculated and fitted. The results showed that the thicker the EPE material, the better its buffering performance. Three groups of materials of EPE, three-layer corrugated board/EPE, five-layer corrugated board/EPE were fitted with hyperbolic function, and the fitting degree was greater than 95%. The fitting effect was good. Under the same static stress, dynamic cushioning performance:five-layer corrugated board/EPE>three-layer corrugated board/EPE>EPE. The fitted function can be used for design of express packaging. The experiment result provides a basis for the reduction design of express packaging.
