摘要
目的 为提高锂电池软包装内层膜材料的性能,满足包装要求。方法 以(3-氨丙基)三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)处理氮化硼(BN),并将其添加到PP/PP-g-GMA基体中制备锂电池软包装内层膜材料。探究偶联剂、填料质量及工艺条件对材料强度、韧性和耐电解液等性能的影响。结果 KH550-BN复合材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度优于纯BN体系,在BN质量为50 g时,KH550-BN复合材料的拉伸强度为29.2 MPa,冲击强度为6.15 kJ/m2,分别比对应纯BN体系提高了1.4%和7.9%;复合材料经碳酸乙烯酯浸泡36 h后仍保持较高的强度。结论 该复合材料具有良好的韧性及耐电解液性能,为开发锂电池软包装内层膜提供了参考。
Abstract
The work aims to improve the properties of the inner film material for lithium battery soft packaging and meet the packaging requirements. Boron nitride (BN) was treated with (3-aminopropyl) triethoxysilane (KH550) and then added to PP/PP-g-GMA matrix to prepare the inner film material of lithium battery soft packaging. The effects of the coupling agent, filler dosage and process conditions on the strength, toughness and electrolyte resistance of the materials were investigated. The tensile strength and impact strength of KH550-BN composite were better than that of the pure BN system. When BN content was 50 g, the tensile strength and impact strength of KH550-BN composite reached 29.2 MPa and 6.15 kJ/m2, respectively 1.4% and 7.9% higher than that of pure BN system. After soaking in vinyl carbonate for 36 h, the composite still maintained high strength. The proposed composite has good toughness and electrolyte resistance, which provides a reference for the development of inner film of lithium battery soft packaging.
