摘要

目的 针对纸塑复合袋在传输过程中褶皱、跑偏等问题,提出一种基于磁力压紧装置的纸塑复合袋纠偏系统。方法 首先根据磁力压紧纠偏原理设计一套纠偏系统;然后基于显式动力学有限元接触理论,对不同影响因素下纸塑复合袋的形变进行有限元仿真分析;最后搭建实验平台,并测量纸塑复合袋的形变,验证仿真结果。结果 在此计算工况下得到了较优方案,纸塑复合袋与皮带间的动摩擦因数为0.25,磁压力为7 N,皮带间的间距为476 mm。结论 实验平台得到的结果与仿真结果基本一致。根据实验结果改进的磁力纠偏系统能够应用于纸塑复合袋的纠偏,满足工业生产需求。

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of fold and deviation of paper-plastic composite bag in the process of transmission, a paper-plastic composite bag deviation correction system based on magnetic pressing device was proposed in this paper. The deformation of paper-plastic composite bag under the influence of multi-factors was analyzed to guide and improve the deviation correction system. Firstly, the deviation correction system was designed according to the principle of magnetic pressure. Then, the deformation of paper-plastic composite bag was simulated based on the explicit dynamic finite element contact theory. Finally, an experimental platform was set up and the deformation of the paper-plastic composite bag was measured to verify the simulation results. The optimum scheme is as follows:the dynamic friction coefficient between paper-plastic composite bag and belt is 0.25, the magnetic pressure is 7 N, the distance between belts is 476 mm. The experimental results obtained by the platform are basically consistent with the simulation results. Based on the experimental results, the improved magnetic deviation correction system can be applied to the deviation correcting of paper-plastic composite bags to meet the needs of industrial production.
