目的 为了分析圆形蜂窝芯材的缓冲特性，对圆形蜂窝芯材的异面冲击性能进行深入研究。方法 考虑到试验法的局限性，利用有限元仿真模拟的方法，研究不同排列方式下(规则和交错)壁厚和冲击速度对圆形蜂窝异面冲击性能的影响，软件选用Ansys/LS-DYNA。结果 将基于阵列和特征单元的有限元模型与理论值进行对比，两者显示了一致的吻合性，证明了模型的可靠性。结论 数据分析表明，圆形蜂窝的异面平均平台应力随着冲击速度和壁厚的增加而增加。在给定冲击速度下，圆形蜂窝异面比能量吸收能力与壁厚和排列方式有关。在单元结构参数一定的情况下，交错排列的圆形蜂窝比能量吸收能力大于规则排列的圆形蜂窝;随着壁厚的增加，圆形蜂窝异面能量吸收能力会逐步增加。

In order to analyze cushioning characteristics of the circular honeycomb, this paper conducted an in-depth study on its out-of-plane impact performance. Considering the limitations of the experimental methods, the finite element simulation is used to study the influences of cell wall thickness and impact velocity on the out-of-plane impact performance of the circular honeycombs with two arrangement modes(regular and staggered). And Ansys/LS-DYNA is employed. The comparison of the calculated results from the finite element models based on the array of cells and the representative cell with the theoretical values shows consistent agreement, which proves the reliability of the finite element models. The data analysis shows that the out-of-plane average peak stresses of the circular honeycombs increase with the increase of impact velocity or cell wall thickness. At a given impact velocity, the out-of-plane specific energy absorption capacity of circular honeycomb is related to the cell wall thickness and cell arrangement mode. Under the condition that the configuration parameters are fixed, the out-of-plane specific energy absorption capacity of staggered circular honeycombs is greater than that of the regularly arranged circular honeycombs; as the cell wall thickness increases, the out-of-plane energy absorption capacity of circular honeycombs gradually increases.
