摘要

目的 为提高包装效率,根据纺织企业筒子纱编织袋包装工艺要求,设计并实现西门子PLC S7-1200作为控制器的筒子纱编织袋包装自动撑口套袋系统。方法 在系统的机械结构设计方面,设计撵袋吸运子系统和自动撑口套袋子系统,子系统由若干机械装置组成;在控制系统方面,对控制系统的硬件和软件进行设计,由可编程逻辑控制器PLC进行整体控制,通过驱动直流电机、气缸电磁阀及真空发生器等执行元件实现动作,并由西门子触摸屏进行组态,实现生产过程的监控和手自动模式切换。结果 样机稳定性测试,每组100次,进行10组,结果表明运行相对稳定,成功率达到了99.3%。结论 该系统整体运行稳定,包装效率较人工得到了较大提高。

Abstract

The work aims to design and implement an automatic bobbin bagging system for bobbin bag package with Siemens PLC S7-1200 as controller according to the technological requirements of bobbin bag package in textile enterprises, so as to improve the packaging efficiency. In terms of the mechanical structure design of the system, the subsystems of bag-feeding and bagging were designed, and each subsystem was composed of several mechanical devices. In terms of the control system, the hardware and software of the control system were designed, which were controlled by programmable logic controller (PLC), and actuated by DC motor, cylinder solenoid valve and vacuum sucker, etc., and configured by Siemens touch screen to realize the monitoring of the production process and the switch of manual automatic mode. The prototype stability test was carried out in 10 groups for 100 times in each group. The results showed that the operation was relatively stable and the success rate reached 99.3%. The overall operation of the system is stable, and the packaging efficiency has been greatly improved compared with manual operation.
