摘要
目的 为了提高道钉整理装箱效率,提升其生产线的整体自动化程度,研制一种全自动道钉整理装箱系统。方法 该系统采用差速传送带分离的方案,实现道钉的整理和分离;根据道钉装箱的实际要求,选用合适的Delta工业机器人完成装箱;基于Flexsim仿真软件完成生产线平衡前后各设备、暂存区的仿真,并进行优化。结果 设计出了一条全自动道钉整理装箱生产线,并通过生产线平衡分析和平衡操作使得使用率较低的机构的使用率提升的平均值达到83.71%,各暂存区的最大存量趋于平稳,标准差由平衡前的785.73降至平衡后的17.37。结论 该道钉整理装箱生产线有效提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。
Abstract
The work aims to improve the automation of the production line to increase the efficiency of spike finishing and packing. An automatic finishing and packing system of spike was developed. The system adopted the scheme of differential conveyor belt separation to realize the finishing and separating of spike. According to the actual requirements of spike packing, appropriate Delta industrial robots were selected to complete the packing. Based on Flexsim simulation software, the simulation and optimization of equipment and temporary storage area before and after balance of production line were completed. An automatic spike finishing and packing line was designed. Through balance analysis and balance operation of the production line, the average utilization rate of the mechanism with low utilization rate increased to 83.71%, the maximum stock of each temporary storage area tended to stabilize, and the standard deviation decreased from 785.73 before balance to 17.37 after balance. The production line of spike finishing and packing can effectively improve the production efficiency and reduce the production cost.
