摘要

目的 对目前国内粉状炸药自动包装工艺进行改进研究,并总结发展趋势。方法 结合国内现状,对粉状炸药自动化包装的工艺及相关设备进行研究,设计适合粉状炸药自动化包装的包装箱、工艺及自动控制系统。结果 改进的粉状炸药自动包装工艺过程减少了操作工序,简化了工艺流程,提高了工作效率,降低劳动强度,整个包装过程实现自动化和无人化。结论 研究粉状炸药自动化包装技术,解决了粉状炸药包装过程本质安全度低、职业健康危害大、生产效率低等方面的问题,实现了粉状炸药包装工序的自动化、连续化、无人化操作。

Abstract

The work aims to improve and study the current automatic packaging technology for powdered explosives in China, and summarize the development trend. Based on the current situation in China, the technology and related equipment for automatic packaging of powdered explosives were studied, and the packing box, technology and automatic control system suitable for automatic packing of powdered explosives were designed. The improved automatic packaging technology for powdered explosives reduced the operation procedures, simplified the process flow, improved the working efficiency, lowered the labor intensity, and realized the automation and unmanned operation in the whole packing process. The study on the automatic packing technology for powdered explosives solves the problems of low intrinsic safety, great occupational health hazards, low production efficiency, etc. in the packing process of powdered explosives, and finally realizes the automation, continuity and unmanned operation of the packing process of powdered explosives.
