摘要

目的 基于管状植生纱的概念,研究设计一种使用非织造布包覆草种的植生纱生产设备,将包装机械应用到纺织、园林等领域,使纺织材料与结构设计相结合。方法 在现有简易原型机的基础上,设计完善草种输送装置、成形装置、布条热合装置和卷绕装置;其次从纤维熔点和非织造布孔径方面对非织造布进行选择,利用“热黏合技术”密封包覆有草种的非织造布。结果 研究发现,当选用纤维细度为0.17 tex的PP/HDPE(质量分数为70%)和粘胶纤维(质量分数为30%)的水刺非织造布,热合装置的温度为120~130 ℃时,黏合处平整均匀;30 d后管状植生纱和直接种植的草苗高度分别为100 mm和90 mm。结论 设计的植生纱生产设备结构紧凑,设计概念可行,与普通草种相比,其生产的管状植生纱在生长高度和生长速度方面均具有优势,因此达到了将纺织材料与结构设计相结合应用于园林领域的目的,为批量化种植草坪提供了一种新思路。

Abstract

The work aims to research and design a kind of planting yarn processing equipment that uses non-woven to cover grass seeds based on the concept of the tubular planting yarn, and apply the packaging machinery to the textile and garden fields combining textile materials with structural design. On the basis of the existing simple prototype machine, the grass seed conveyor, the forming device, the cloth heat sealing device and the winding device were designed. Then, the non-woven fabric was selected from the aspects of the fiber melting point and the non-woven fabric aperture, and the non-woven fabric covered with grass seeds was sealed with the "thermal bonding technology". The study found that when the spunlace nonwoven fabric with PP/HDPE (70%) and viscose fiber (30%) with a fiber fineness of 0.17 tex was selected, and the temperature of the heat sealing device was 120-130 ℃, the bonding place was smooth and even; After 30 days, the height of the tubular planting yarn and the directly planted seedlings were 100mm and 90mm, respectively. The design of the planting yarn processing equipment is significant. It has compact structure and it is feasible in design concept. Compared with ordinary grass seeds, the tubular planting yarn produced by planting yarn processing equipment has advantages in both growth height and growth speed. Therefore, the purpose of combining textile materials and structural design in landscape field is achieved. It provides a new idea for mass planting of lawn.
