摘要

目的 研究商业低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)和高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)抗菌片材的抗菌性和复合片材中抗菌剂在食品模拟物中的迁移行为。方法 将商业抗菌剂(SRT,ECO,LF,JL)与LDPE或HDPE熔融共混加工成抗菌片材,通过贴膜法、抑菌圈法和模拟真实环境法等3种方法研究片材的抗菌性能,对抗菌剂在体积分数为3%的乙酸食品模拟物中的迁移行为进行研究。结果 含有LF、JL、质量分数为1.5%的SRT和LDPE片材的抗菌率均在90%以上;ECO片材的抗菌率超过99%。结论 抗菌片材无机元素的迁移量未超过欧盟法规规定的迁移限量。

Abstract

The work aims to study the antibacterial properties of commercial low density polyethylene (LDPE) and high density polyethylene (HDPE) antibacterial sheets and the migration behaviour of antibacterial agents in composite sheets in food simulants. Commercial antibacterial agents (SRT, ECO, LF, JL) were melt-blended with LDPE or HDPE to produce antibacterial sheet. The antibacterial properties of the sheet were studied by means of film application, inhibition zone method and simulated real environment method. The migratory behaviour of antibacterial agent in 3% acetic acid (volume fraction) was studied. The antibacterial rate of LDPE sheet containing LF, JL and 1.5% SRT (mass fraction) was above 90%. ECO's sheet has an antibacterial rate of over 99%. The migration amount of inorganic elements in antibacterial sheet does not exceed the migration limit stipulated by EU regulations.
