摘要

目的 研究一种能够提高香蕉套袋效率的辅助装置。方法 通过研究香蕉套袋的流程及方法,利用所设计出的控制移动升降机构、收绳包袋机构,来实现香蕉套袋的工作;利用Ansys和Matlab进行仿真试验,确定机构可行性之后,制作出物理样机并进行实地试验。结果 套袋完成率在97.4%左右,能够有效工作;机器套袋连续率在98.3%以上,装置在工作时具有较高的可靠性;连续对大面积香蕉套袋的工作情况下,比之前人工套袋所需要时间缩短了51.2%以上。结论 香蕉套袋绑紧防护装置能够辅助工作人员实现香蕉套袋工作,能够减轻人员的劳动强度,提高工作效率。

Abstract

The work aims to develop an assistant device which can improve the efficiency of banana bagging. By studying the process and method of banana bagging, the designed control lifting mobile mechanism and rope collecting bag mechanism were used to complete banana bagging. Ansys and Matlab were adopted to carry out simulation tests. After the feasibility of the mechanism was determined, the physical prototype was made and the field tests were conducted. The success rate of bagging was about 97.4%, indicating that the device could work efficiently. The continuous rate of bagging was over 98.3%, and the device had high reliability in working. Under the condition of continuous bagging of large bananas, the time needed for manual packaging was shortened by more than 51.2%. The electric banana bagging and binding device can assist the staff to complete banana bagging, reduce the labor intensity of the staff and improve the work efficiency.
