摘要

目的 针对目前航空发动机主轴轴承无缓冲包装的问题,提出基于聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)制作航空发动机轴承缓冲包装的方法。方法 依据参考文献对双组份的PDMS进行配比,通过静态压缩试验得到数据,并绘制PDMS缓冲衬垫的缓冲系数-应力曲线,再经计算得到缓冲垫的最小厚度值,并依此为依据对航空轴承进行浇筑包装,通过模拟产品在运输过程中的跌落试验,验证以PDMS材料制作缓冲衬垫的可行性。结果 当PDMS垫层厚度为30 mm时,轴承受到的冲击加速度均小于1.1 km/s2。结论 该方法能够为航空轴承提供保护作用。

Abstract

The work aims to propose a method based on PDMS to fabricate the cushion package for aviation engine bearing, in view of the defect that the current main shaft bearing of the aviation engine has no cushion package. According to the reference, the two-component PDMS was matched, the data were obtained through static compression test, and the buffer coefficient-stress curve of PDMS cushion pad was drawn. Then, the minimum thickness value of the cushion pad was calculated. Based on this, the aviation bearing was poured and packaged. The feasibility of making cushion pad from PDMS material was verified through the drop test of simulated products during transportation. The impact acceleration of the bearing was less than 1.1 km/s2 when the PDMS cushion thickness was 30 mm. The method can provide protection for aviation bearings.
