The work aims to design a mechanical device for automatic sorting and packaging of coins based on the coin size and quality, so as to facilitate the separation, sorting and packaging of coins. Finally, the coins were arranged and packaged by the coin collection module. The whole system achieved the orderly separation, sorting, counting and packaging of the coins through control. Coins could be automatically dropped into coin bins to achieve automatic packaging and sorting of coins.
