摘要

目的 为了验证某自动包装机传动系统的动态特性,结合某自动包装机的特定需求,文中设计一种新型的非圆齿轮系统,并对其进行动力学特性研究。方法 首先介绍非圆齿轮的特点,建立非圆齿轮的数学模型,并进行推导和分析,得到其动力学方程;然后利用UG软件建立非圆齿轮的三维模型,运用Adams开展动力学仿真研究,并对比在相同中心距下非圆齿轮和圆形齿轮的动力学特性。结果 新设计的这种非圆齿轮比圆形齿轮的啮合力大500 N左右,主动齿轮的加速度是其10倍左右。结论 通过对比非圆齿轮和传统齿轮发现,非圆齿轮具有变传动比、传动装置空间布局灵活等优点,由于非圆齿轮无法制成斜齿,故传动性能要略低于圆形齿轮。

Abstract

The work aims to design a new type of non-circular gear system and study its dynamic characteristics combined with the specific needs of an automatic packaging machine, so as to verify the dynamic characteristics of certain automatic packaging machine's transmission system. Firstly, the characteristics of non-circular gear were introduced and the mathematical model of non-circular gear was established to obtain the dynamic equations based on the derivation and analysis. Then, the 3D model of non-circular gear was established by UG software and the dynamics simulation was carried out by Adams. Meanwhile, the dynamic characteristics of non-circular gear and circular gear at the same center distance were compared. The results showed that the newly designed non-circular gear had a meshing force of about 500 N more than that of the circular gear, and the acceleration of the driving gear was about 10 times that of the circular gear. By comparing non-circular gears with traditional gears, the non-circular gears have the advantages of variable gear ratio and flexible spatial layout of the transmission. Because the non-circular gears cannot be made into helical gears, the transmission performance is slightly lower than that of the circular gears.
