In order to ensure that emergency shelters provide better emergency rescue for campus staff when the earthquake occurs. The design method of campus emergency shelters is studied. Through analyzing the resources of campus public space, we can match the functions and requirements of the existing resources. With the TRIZ as the main theoretical basis, it uses the SAFC model to analyze the contradictions in the design of the campus emergency refuge products, and solves the technical and physical contradictions through the contradiction matrix, the invention principle and so on. It provides more reasonable solution and creative design method for the design of campus emergency shelter product. It provides a new idea for the design of campus earthquake emergency refuge products. It is proved by the design practice that the combination design of campus resources and emergency refuge products is a reasonable and economical practical way, which is of practical significance to the improvement of the management of campus emergency asylum.
